Everyone knows that you are not supposed to like TV. Rots your brain, panders to the lowest denominator…and when it doesn’t….*coughsFireflycoughs* it gets cancelled.
But the truth is, I like it sometimes. It’s good company, and I do other things…sew, play Sims 2, filing, etc. The commercials can be long enough that you can get plenty done.
So, what are you looking forward to? What do you enjoy? I am not going to ask for guilty pleasures, because there should be no guilty pleasures. Enjoy what you enjoy.
Well, I am looking forward to CSI, to see if Jorja Fox renewed her contract Sarah Sidle survived. I actually like Grissom/Sarah, I think it’s subtle and sweet and real. And I’d so snog Gil Grissolm.
NCIS…I’m on the wall about that. I used to love it, but now…eh. Certainly will tune in again, though. Boston Legal is also an eh.
Heroes left with a rather neat cliffhanger…so that might be fun to tune back into. I wish they’d bring back The Doctor Chris Eccleston.
For new things Moonlight looks pretty nifty…Vampires! On Prime time TV! What’s not to like? Ok, a lot. But, it looks fun, even if one wonders how much like Angel it will be. Pushing Daisies looks like fun. There’s also a time-traveling show I might try, Journeyman, and a show with Damien Lewis that will come on if nothing else is.
